AC Milan are trying to win their first Coppa since 2003. That’s exactly 20 years since the Rossoneri triumphed in the competition. And let’s be honest – that’s a lot of time to wait. Coppa Italia was never among Milan’s priorities – even in the club’s golden eras, but now they are hungry for trophies.

Most likely Milan’s head coach Stefano Pioli will give an opportunity to many of his backup players. Cagliari is a team which priority is very different to the Coppa. The Rossoblu are fighting to survive in the Serie A so you can be sure that Claudio Ranieri won’t play his “A” team against Milan.
